The Space:

Villa Graciosa sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and is perfectly located within a short walk of both the beach and Playa Blanca’s popular water park, making it ideal for families and groups looking for a relaxing yet convenient holiday base.



The villa offers a fantastic holiday vibe, with bright and comfortable living spaces designed for easy indoor-outdoor living. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, with flexible sleeping arrangements including either two doubles (1 king-size and 1 super king) and one twin, or one double and two twin rooms. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning (coin-operated) and ceiling fans, while the master bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and ceramic hob. Just outside, a private outdoor area with a hot tub and seating offers the perfect spot to relax in the sun or unwind under the stars.



The living area is bright and welcoming, with comfortable seating, a large TV and high-speed WiFi, creating a great space to relax after a day exploring the island.



Step outside onto the south-facing terrace and you’ll find a wonderful space for outdoor living, complete with a shaded dining area, built-in BBQ and views towards the sea and lighthouse. The private electrically heated pool is perfect for year-round enjoyment, with plenty of space for sunbathing, while the pool table adds an extra element of fun for both adults and children.



As evening falls, the fire pit creates a warm and inviting setting — ideal for relaxing with a drink, especially on cooler nights.



A separate staircase leads to the spacious roof terrace, where you’ll be rewarded with incredible panoramic sea views stretching across to Fuerteventura — the perfect place to enjoy sunset drinks or simply take in the scenery.



For families with young children, stair gates are in place on the main terrace to help restrict access to both the pool and roof terrace, offering added peace of mind.



Villa Graciosa is located in the sought-after area of Montaña Roja, just a 10-minute walk from Playa Flamingo beach, as well as a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. From here, you can also stroll along the promenade into the centre of Playa Blanca, where even more dining and entertainment options await.



Guest Access:

Online Check-in & Arrival Information



To help ensure a smooth arrival, all guests staying at the property are kindly asked to complete our online check-in form. This is a legal requirement and must be completed for every guest before arrival.



Once full payment has been received and the online check-in has been completed for everyone in your party, we will send you the property directions and key entry details.



These details are normally sent 7 days prior to your arrival, so you will have everything you need in good time for your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Graciosa is ideally located in the sought-after area of Montaña Roja in Playa Blanca, offering the perfect balance of peace and convenience. The popular Aqualava Water Park is just 200 metres away, making it an excellent choice for families, while a mini market can be found within 400 metres for everyday essentials.



The beautiful Playa Flamingo beach is approximately 900 metres away (around a 10-minute walk), where you’ll also find a selection of shops, restaurants and bars along the seafront.



From here, you can enjoy a scenic stroll along the promenade into the vibrant centre of Playa Blanca, located around 1.8 km away, offering an even wider choice of dining, shopping and entertainment options.



When travelling to and from the island, the airport is approximately 35 km away, making it around a 30–40 minute drive, ensuring a smooth and easy arrival and departure.



Set at the base of the striking Montaña Roja volcano, the area also offers great walking opportunities and stunning coastal views, making Villa Graciosa a fantastic base for both relaxation and exploring everything Playa Blanca has to offer.



Getting Around:

A bus stop is conveniently located just 300 metres from the villa, making it easy to explore Playa Blanca and the surrounding areas without a car. The local bus service runs regularly and is an affordable way to get around.



Taxis are also readily available, reliable, and relatively inexpensive, with short journeys within Playa Blanca typically costing just a few euros, making getting around quick and convenient.



We can also assist with car hire through a trusted local company. Vehicles can be collected on arrival at the airport or delivered directly to the villa if you prefer not to drive to and from the airport or only require a car for part of your stay.

Housekeeping Service



For stays of more than 12 nights, a mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This service takes place after each full week of your stay and includes:

For example:



2-week stay: housekeeping on day 7

3-week stay: housekeeping on days 7 and 14

For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter



For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, no additional cleaning is included.



If you would like extra housekeeping services during your stay, these can be arranged in advance for an additional charge.



Air Conditioning



Air conditioning is available in the villa and operates via a coin meter at €0.75 per kWh (consumption-based). The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded on request during normal working hours.



Pool Heating



From 1st October to 30th April (winter months): both solar and electric pool heating are included in your booking.

From 1st May to 30th September (summer months): solar pool heating is included, however electric pool heating is available at an additional cost.

Payment & Breakages Insurance



Please note that all payments are taken in GBP.



A compulsory breakages insurance fee of £10 per person, per stay is also charged. This fee is non-refundable and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit.



The breakages insurance covers accidental damage only, up to a value of £400. Should any accidental damage exceed this amount, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference.



Please note that any deliberate, negligent, or malicious damage is not covered by the breakages insurance, and the guest will be fully responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.



By making a booking, the guest agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility accordingly.



Interaction with Guests:

We operate a convenient self check-in system, so there is no need to meet on arrival. The property is equipped with a digital lock, and your unique access code will be provided once the online check-in has been completed.



However, we understand that some guests may prefer a personal welcome. We have local representatives in the area who are more than happy to visit you the morning after your arrival if requested — just let us know in advance and we will be delighted to arrange this.

This villa offers its guests a water park and a hot tub. A rooftop terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly villa.
