190 - Villa Alegranza

Villa Alegranza is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa with private heated pool, WiFi & Air Conditioning. Located on the sought after residential community of Parque Del Rey, Playa Blanca.



Villa Alegranza has large gates at the front of the property providing great privacy and security. The villa has been designed to be disabled friendly with no steps around the property and only a small lip from the terrace to the entrances.



As you enter the villa there is an open plan kitchen and dining area, which is fully equipped with everything you would expect from a villa of this standard. The kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutler, crockery and enough cookware and equipment to please most cooks.



Leading off the dining area is the newly refurbished lounge. This has seating for 4 with a wide screen TV, DVD Player (DVD's not supplied), fantastic IPTV system (BBC channels, ITV channels, SKY channels, SKY Sports, Sky Movies and a multitude of international channels), which is all back up by a new FIBER OPTIC Internet connection getting up to 300mb of download speed!! New full-length glass doors that can fold right back, make the space light and spacious and you can open these up so the room can be used as an extension to the outdoors. This gives really easy access to the BBQ area.



The villa has 2 bedrooms, both benefiting from Air Conditioning (Coin Operated). The master bedroom has a king size bed and overlooks the rear garden area. The second bedroom is set up as a twin room and has an en-suite shower room which is suitable for wheelchair users.



Outside the villa boasts a private electrically heated pool with steps and handrail. The terrace has 4 sunbeds, large purpose-built BBQ with sink and outside table for Al Fresco Dining.



Around the back of the property has been landscaped with artificial grass so it is child-friendly and always looks great. Set on the grass is the Hot Tub which is completely private and great for those clear Lanzarote nights to chill out and relax with a glass of something!



Villa Alegranza is located in a community known as Parque Del Rey and this is centrally located within Playa Blanca, only being approximately a 15-minute walk to the main promenade, at least 2 beautiful beaches and the water park - Aqua Lava.
