Welcome to “Little Paradise” a brand new Villa located in the popular town of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. The Villa is set over two levels, on the ground floor as you enter the house, there is a spacious open-plan lounge, diner, kitchen area, the lounge has 2 leather sofas, Tv with full Uk and European channels and Dvd player.

Welcome to “Little Paradise” a brand new Villa located in the popular town of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. The Villa is set over two levels, on the ground floor as you enter the house, there is a spacious open-plan lounge, diner, kitchen area, the lounge has 2 leather sofas, Tv with full Uk and European channels and Dvd player. There are 2 modern dining tables each seating 6 guests. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, good size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with King Size bed and patio doors leading onto the upper terrace, this bedroom has an ensuite with large walk-in shower. There is a family bathroom just off the hallway.

Taking the stairs to the lower level will lead you to 3 further bedrooms, two double rooms with King Size beds, one with ensuite, and a large twin bedroom and further two family bathrooms. Each bedroom has patio doors leading to the lower terrace and all windows and doors are fitted with shutters and mosquito nets.

The garden is huge with an approximately 16 x 16-meter patio, outside solar shower, 8 sunbeds and external dining areas. The pool is fabulous, ideal for a big party of guests at 10 x 4 meters, it has a jacuzzi area built in and is electrically heated in the winter months.
