Welcome to Villa Geny, a stylish and contemporary villa set in the peaceful Residencia Atlántico Rubicón area of Playa Blanca, just a short stroll from the vibrant Marina Rubicón.
This modern and spacious villa is perfect for families, couples and small groups looking to enjoy both relaxation and convenience. Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan living and dining area, filled with natural light from large French windows that lead directly onto the sunny terrace. Comfortable seating, a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen create a welcoming home-from-home atmosphere.
The villa offers three well-appointed bedrooms, including two king-size rooms and one twin room, along with two modern bathrooms, providing comfort and flexibility for all guests.
Step outside to enjoy your own private heated pool and generous terrace, ideal for relaxing in the sunshine or enjoying al fresco dining with the BBQ.

Online Check-in & Arrival Information
To help ensure a smooth arrival, all guests staying at the property are kindly asked to complete our online check-in form. This is a legal requirement and must be completed for every guest before arrival.
Once full payment has been received and the online check-in has been completed for everyone in your party, we will send you the property directions and key entry details.
These details are normally sent 7 days prior to your arrival, so you will have everything you need in good time for your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Villa Geny is perfectly located in the peaceful Residencia Atlántico Rubicón area, just a short distance from the vibrant Marina Rubicón — one of Playa Blanca’s most popular spots for dining, shopping and entertainment.
The marina, just 1.3 km away, offers a fantastic selection of restaurants, stylish bars and boutique shops, as well as the famous twice-weekly market. A firm favourite is Casa Carlos, known for its excellent food and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a memorable evening by the waterfront.
For everyday essentials, a supermarket and café are both within 800 metres, while a variety of restaurants can be found just 1.4 km away. The beautiful Playa Dorada beach is approximately 1.9 km away, ideal for swimming and relaxing, while the centre of Playa Blanca is just 2.1 km away, offering even more choice of dining, shopping and nightlife.
For beach lovers, you’ll also find Playa Blanca beach (2.4 km) and the stunning Papagayo beaches (2.4 km) within easy reach, both known for their crystal-clear waters and natural beauty. The popular AquaLava Water Park is around 4.5 km away, making it a great option for families.
The airport is approximately 32 km away (around a 30–40 minute drive), making arrival and departure easy and convenient.
With its quiet residential setting and close proximity to Marina Rubicón and Playa Blanca’s best attractions, Villa Geny is perfectly placed for both relaxing and exploring everything this beautiful part of Lanzarote has to offer.
Getting Around:
A bus stop is conveniently located just 350 metres from the villa, making it easy to explore Playa Blanca and the surrounding areas without a car. The local bus service runs regularly and is an affordable way to get around.
Taxis are also readily available, reliable, and relatively inexpensive, with short journeys within Playa Blanca typically costing just a few euros, making getting around quick and convenient.
We can also assist with car hire through a trusted local company. Vehicles can be collected on arrival at the airport or delivered directly to the villa if you prefer not to drive to and from the airport or only require a car for part of your stay.

Housekeeping Service
For stays of more than 12 nights, a mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This service takes place after each full week of your stay and includes:
A light clean of the villa
Fresh bed linen
Clean towels
For example:
2-week stay: housekeeping on day 7
3-week stay: housekeeping on days 7 and 14
For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter
For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, no additional cleaning is included.
If you would like extra housekeeping services during your stay, these can be arranged in advance for an additional charge.
Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is available in the villa and operates via a coin meter at €0.70 per kWh (consumption-based). The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded on request during normal working hours.
Pool Heating
From 1st October to 30th April (winter months): both solar and electric pool heating are included in your booking.
From 1st May to 30th September (summer months): solar pool heating is included, however electric pool heating is available at an additional cost.

Payment & Breakages Insurance
Please note that all payments are taken in GBP.
A compulsory breakages insurance fee of £10 per person, per stay is also charged. This fee is non-refundable and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit.
The breakages insurance covers accidental damage only, up to a value of £400. Should any accidental damage exceed this amount, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference.
Please note that any deliberate, negligent, or malicious damage is not covered by the breakages insurance, and the guest will be fully responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
By making a booking, the guest agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility accordingly.
Interaction with Guests:
We operate a convenient self check-in system, so there is no need to meet on arrival. The property is equipped with a digital lock, and your unique access code will be provided once the online check-in has been completed.
However, we understand that some guests may prefer a personal welcome. We have local representatives in the area who are more than happy to visit you the morning after your arrival if requested — just let us know in advance and we will be delighted to arrange this.
