An outdoor space that’s absolute perfection.



As soon as you enter Villa Yasmine, you’ll wonder if you’re dreaming or if this spectacular place is really your holiday villa. A double-tiered outdoor living space provides everything you’ll need for an incredible holiday… and then some!



On the first tier, you’ll find a large (10m x 4m) heated, salt-chlorinated pool with steps to ease yourself gently into the cool, welcoming water and views that stretch as far as the eye can see. Sink into luxurious double day beds and drift into your holiday read, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub and jacuzzi.



Enjoy blissful evenings under the stars, perfect all year round with an elegant fire pit and a corner sofa you’ll never want to leave. There’s even a pool table for friendly competition and keeping everyone entertained.



Walk up to the next level and, to the right of the main entrance, you’ll find a covered seating area for a moment in the shade. A large corner sofa and outdoor TV are perfect for catching your favourite shows or sporting highlights, while a hanging chair gently sways in the breeze — the ideal spot for your morning coffee or an early evening drink overlooking the sparkling ocean.



‘Jude’s Bar and Grill’ is your very own outdoor bar and kitchen. With bar stool seating, you can entertain friends and family while enjoying a cold drink from the outdoor fridge and cooking up a feast on the large gas BBQ.



BBQs and breakfasts al fresco can be enjoyed in a shaded dining area with seating for 12. Cleverly designed, every corner of the terrace offers views that will stay with you long after your holiday ends.

The kitchen is sleek and modern, fully equipped with high-end appliances, perfect for preparing anything from a simple breakfast to a full evening meal. The dining area offers beautiful views and rustic charm with a handcrafted wooden table and bench seating.



A spectacular family living space awaits, complete with one of the largest and most comfortable sofas in Playa Blanca — ideal for movie nights and relaxing together. There’s also a second lounge area with a TV and a PS4 games console for even more entertainment.

On the right-hand side of the villa is the master bedroom, featuring a super king bed and a spacious ensuite with a rainfall shower. French windows open onto the upper terrace, offering beautiful views and a peaceful place to relax.



There are two additional bedrooms nearby — one with a super king bed and one twin room — sharing a beautifully designed family bathroom with a glass ceiling rainfall shower, offering a unique experience under the Lanzarote sky.



To the left, you’ll find a further king-size bedroom with ensuite, along with a double and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom is elegantly furnished, filled with natural light, and benefits from air conditioning.



For added convenience, the villa includes a washing machine, ironing facilities, a secure alarm system, and pool towels — so you can pack light and relax from the moment you arrive. There is also private parking for 3–4 cars.

Nestled at the base of Montaña Roja, Casa Yasmine is just a short distance from the vibrant centre of Playa Blanca. The nearest supermarket is only 900 metres away, and attractions such as Aqua Lava Water Park, Tías Golf Course, Papagayo Beach, and Timanfaya National Park are all within easy reach.

Guest Access:

Online Check-in & Arrival Information



To help ensure a smooth arrival, all guests staying at the property are kindly asked to complete our online check-in form. This is a legal requirement and must be completed for every guest before arrival.



Once full payment has been received and the online check-in has been completed for everyone in your party, we will send you the property directions and key entry details.



These details are normally sent 7 days prior to your arrival, so you will have everything you need in good time for your stay.

* 3-week stay: housekeeping on days 7 and 14

* For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter



For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, no additional cleaning is included.



If you would like extra housekeeping services during your stay, these can be arranged in advance for an additional charge.



Pool Heating



* From 1st October to 30th April (winter months): both solar and electric pool heating are included in your booking.

* From 1st May to 30th September (summer months): solar pool heating is included, however electric pool heating is available at an additional cost.

Payment & Breakages Insurance



Please note that all payments are taken in GBP.



A compulsory breakages insurance fee of £10 per person, per stay is also charged. This fee is non-refundable and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit.



The breakages insurance covers accidental damage only, up to a value of £400. Should any accidental damage exceed this amount, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference.



Please note that any deliberate, negligent, or malicious damage is not covered by the breakages insurance, and the guest will be fully responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.



By making a booking, the guest agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility accordingly.



Interaction with Guests:

We operate a convenient self check-in system, so there is no need to meet on arrival. The property is equipped with a digital lock, and your unique access code will be provided once the online check-in has been completed.



However, we understand that some guests may prefer a personal welcome. We have local representatives in the area who are more than happy to visit you the morning after your arrival if requested — just let us know in advance and we will be delighted to arrange this.

Lovely villa and we all had a great time. The one thing that it didn’t have was a folder telling you about local amenities and where to put the rubbish and also to bring some euro coins for the air conditioning as all I had was notes on the first night. Overall it was excellent.
