Villa Paloma is a wonderful, sought-after holiday villa in Playa Blanca. With its vast terrace with stunning views, guests can truly savour the alfresco Lanzarote lifestyle by relaxing in the hot tub or just simply soaking up the sun.

Located in a quiet residential area in Playa Blanca’s Las Coloradas area, the villa benefits from just a 10 minute walk to the local Centro Commercial El Pueblo where you will find bars and shops (including a Hiper Dino). Beyond that, the villa is just a 20 minute walk to the famous national park beaches of Papagayo.

Another great location benefit is that the villa is also a 10 minute walk to Las Colorados beach, where you can access Playa Blanca’s coastal path. The coastal path is a great way to walk to the Marina Rubicon, a further 20 minute walk from there. If you prefer to travel by car, rental cars are reasonable on the island and all of these amenities accessible in 5-10 minutes by road.


Layout

Inside, the open-plan lounge offers a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable seating and patio doors that lead to a south-facing terrace. Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area. The villa’s kitchen is large and well-equipped for preparing meals.

The main house is all on one level. There are steps to the front entrance. The games room is located in a downstairs area accessed from the outside terrace.

All of the bedrooms (and lounge) have coin-operated air conditioning units. As well as that, each bedroom has access to the outside terrace.

There are two double rooms and one twin bedroom (the beds can be pushed together). With three bathrooms, it’s great that each bedroom has access to its own bathroom (which all have a walk-in shower).

Exterior

Turning to the villa itself, the outside is very spacious an surrounded by luscious gardens. It’s a joy to dine alfresco here with the BBQ. The private pool is a great size of 13 metres x 4 metres, this is ideal for the more serious swimmers but also perfect for splashing around.

If you need a break from the sun the games room is a great hideout, complete with a bar too! There’s fun for all the family with a pool table, a table tennis table and a table football table.
