A table for up to eight people and a comfortable L-shaped sofa offer the perfect space to share unforgettable moments. From here, a large sliding door leads to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, where preparing delicious meals will be a pleasure. On this same floor there are two bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and another with a nearby bathroom, as well as an additional toilet for greater comfort.

The upper floor is the ideal refuge for rest. Accessed via an impressive floating staircase, here you will find the master bedroom, a true suite with an en-suite bathroom including a bathtub and shower, as well as a small private sitting room. This space also has a private balcony from which you can admire the spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. Both the bedroom and its adjoining living room offer a serene and elegant setting that invites relaxation.

On the lower floor, there is another spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living room and direct access to a charming outdoor patio. In this patio there is a jacuzzi with capacity for six people, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the island or enjoying the pool. The exterior of Blasco is a true outdoor paradise. The spacious 9x5 metre swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and an elegant chill-out area equipped with comfortable sofas. The entire south front of the villa is covered by a pergola of over 20 metres, under which there is a large table for enjoying al fresco dining, along with numerous seats and outdoor furniture that make the most of the pleasant Canarian climate.
