With an area of almost 100 m² distributed over two floors, the house offers a carefully curated combination of contemporary design, functionality and comfort.



It has three comfortable rooms, all with a complete en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, which guarantees privacy and well-being for each guest; additionally, it has an additional toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils —including oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and toaster— ideal for preparing a light breakfast or cooking a special dinner.



The spacious living room, decorated with a current style, offers a comfortable leather chaise longue sofa, ceiling fan, dining area and a Smart TV, international satellite channels and high-speed fiber optic internet connection.

On the ground floor you will also find a room with two single beds, a room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a charming terrace with outdoor furniture to relax outdoors.
