Welcome to Mar y Ola, a charming duplex in the heart of Playa Blanca, where comfort and location combine to offer you unforgettable holidays. Its privileged location will allow you to enjoy everything within your reach: a few steps away you will find the bus station, several supermarkets and the lively Calle Limones, known for its shops, restaurants and local businesses. In addition, the accommodation is located just a few metres from the seafront promenade, ideal for walking by the sea, and just a ten-minute walk from the popular Playa Dorada. And if you fancy discovering paradise corners, in just 15 minutes by car you will be at the famous Papagayo beaches.



The duplex is designed to offer comfort and functionality: on the ground floor you will find the leisure area, with an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes —from a spacious fridge to oven, microwave, ceramic hob and complete kitchenware—. It also has a toaster, juicer and Dolce Gusto coffee machine so that each morning begins with energy. The living room, with a comfortable sofa, television and free wifi connection, becomes the ideal space to relax after exploring the island. The ground floor also has a toilet.



On the upper floor is located the night area, with two cosy bedrooms: one with a double bed, ideal for resting after a day in the sun, and another with a comfortable single bed and private balcony, perfect for those travelling with family or friends. On this same floor you will find the complete bathroom, with a practical shower tray and hairdryer, designed for your comfort. Additionally, we make available to you a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a fan, as well as sheets and towels for both shower and beach so that you can travel light and enjoy without worries.
