This 3 Bedroom Villa is located in the quite area of Los Colorados in Playa Blanca, 2 minute walk to the local supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the Pueblo Center with several bars, restaurants and cafes.
This duplex villa has 2 large double bedrooms, 1 good size twin bedroom.
Ensuite shower room to the master bedroom and shower/wc between the double bedroom and twin.
From the upstairs there is access to the large balcony where you can enjoy the sea views with seating area & Swing Chairs.
The main downstairs area is open plan, with a well supplied kitchen, nice spacious dining area with seating for 6 people.
The lounge has a new large comfortable sofa, English TV package provided and WIFI.
There are 2 large patio doors leading onto the garden area, with a private pool and terrace, Pool heating available on request.
From the kitchen there is a solana with Washing Machine and shower room, plus separate toilet.
