Introducing Villa Mervella, a newly reintroduced gem in the rental market, offering abundant availability at the moment. This stylish and spacious semi-detached rental home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 3 expansive lounge areas, providing ample space for family and friends to luxuriate in comfort. Situated within the residential enclave of Costa Papagayo, Villa Mervella is ideal for those who prefer not to hire a car. The elegant Marina Rubicon, Dorada beach, and Playa Blanca are all within a leisurely 15-20 minutes' walk.
Step through the front door into a spacious dining area, seamlessly connected to the inviting living room. Furnished with tasteful decor, including leather sofas and a coffee table, this area serves as the heart of Villa Mervella. Large sliding doors lead to outdoor dining areas and the pool and patio area.
Ascend the open tread staircase from the main lounge to discover a cozy sitting area with a TV and a Wii game console, perfect for entertainment.
The well-appointed kitchen, adjacent to the main living area, is fully equipped for self-catering convenience, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, and oven. A washing machine is also provided in the utility area.
