Two full bathrooms with shower, one on each floor, guarantee the comfort of all guests during their stay.

The exterior facilities are exceptional. The property features a private heated swimming pool with a heat pump that maintains a temperature between 26°C and 28°C. Pool heating is available upon request and has an additional cost of €15 per day, year-round. From the upper floor terrace you will enjoy panoramic sea views, while the main terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The furnished garden complements these outdoor spaces.

The interior of the villa is completely equipped for your comfort. The independent kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. The living room and master bedroom have air conditioning, while ceiling fans cool the other bedrooms.
