The property also offers cable and satellite TV, featuring a 55” Smart TV in the lounge, as well as a washing machine. IPTV is available with a selection of UK channels.



The private outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The pool is heated from October to the 1st of May.



The home is located in a recently completed gated community at the edge of Ciudad Jardin in Playa Blanca, near the Marina and the Papagayo Beaches.



A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is also available on the street.
