Pool Heating This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system
raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that
is not heated. The pool heating is free during winter from 1st of
November until 30th of April. During the summer season can be provided
for an additional fee. If it is required please contact us for further
assistance.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon

Our first time on holiday in Lanzarote and really pleased with this villa we found. Situated on a really quiet part of the island with a view of the mountains on one side, and the sea on the other. Whilst not in the main town, close enough to shops and restaurants although would recommend you hire a car as a 35 minute drive from the airport. Excellent service from the rental agency and property manager Juan during the booking process, prior to our arrival and during our stay.

Great villa

Absolutely loved this place big spacious rooms. Fab location, sea view. And all the amenities you would need. Hists were perfect for communicating check in and out. Walking distance to supermarket bar and restaurants. Will book again.
