Superb 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms which three have ensuite shower rooms. There is also a family shower room on the middle level floor. The villa is in a private complex of 12 villas on an Electric gated community.
The villa is built on three floors. The Front door entrance is on the middle floor of the villa, once you walk through the entrance hallway you then enter into the open plan living dinning and lounge area and a fully fitted kitchen, also a solana area where the washing machine is and drying facilities
. On the same floor there are two bedrooms one is a king bed with an ensuite shower room, the other has two single beds and has use of the family shower room. There are stairs leading to the top floor master bedroom which has a king bed with ensuite shower room and also has a balcony with fabulous views. The second set of stairs from the middle floor go down to the next level where there is another king bed bedroom with ensuite shower, small kitchen area and a lounge / games room with a pool table for your use. The property has a large kidney shaped swimming pool electrically heated in the winter months 1st November to 30th April periods.
From this area there are great views looking to the Bocaina straits and onto Fuerteventura
