Villa Lolita is a spectacular luxury villa-duplex located in Playa Blanca, in a quiet residential area and fully equipped. The villa is a spacious two-story house that accommodates up to 8 guests. The upper floor features a bright living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with access to a balcony and terrace with a dining area and barbecue. Two bedrooms on this floor have private en-suite bathrooms. The lower floor presents an open area divided into three sectors: a work area with high-speed internet, a living room with international television channels, and a leisure area with a pool table and small bar. This floor houses two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and private terrace, and another with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom.



The property has 4 full bathrooms, 5 beds distributed across 4 bedrooms, and a fully equipped independent kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. The villa features air conditioning, high-speed WiFi connection, two televisions with international channels in Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, and Portuguese, safe box, and security alarm.

Everything you could need

Stayed at Villa Lolita as knew the area and were not disappointed with the villa, it was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The pool table was a real plus.
