Villa OliRal is a luxury holiday villa with a contemporary homely feel. It is spacious and modern, set in a private, gated and quiet residential complex with off street parking available.
The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7 - one queen, one twin and one triple - the largest two benefiting from built in wardrobes. The master bedroom, upstairs, has an Air-con unit and offers an ensuite bathroom and a gorgeous sea-view terrace with sofa and table and chairs, a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening aperitif, the terrace can also be accessed from the landing.
The family bathroom is shared by the twin and tripe bedrooms and is located downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, with refillable water dispenser and an oven with grill. There is also a kitchen island with stools. There is a washing machine available in the utility room.
The light and bright lounge has air-con and Smart Tv with Netflix and all the usual UK TV channels, the patio doors open out onto the spacious garden area, with a fantastic holiday chill vibe, with relaxing sunbeds, outside dining area, pool table, table tennis table and a traditional, stone-built BBQ perfect for the budding chef in your party to show off their skills. The pool has Roman steps entry, is electrically heated in the winter months and is very inviting on a hot sunny day.

The villa is situated within a 10 minute walk of a supermarket, cafe and bus stop. And a 10/15 minute walk to the coastal path or 20 minute walk to Rubicon Marina. It is a 5-minute taxi ride to the nearest beach where there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. From here a beautiful promenade stretches a mile and a half in each direction from the Faro Lighthouse at the most southern tip of the island to the fabulous Marina Rubicon, which boasts a selection of designer shops and upmarket bars and restaurant.

The villa will be freshly cleaned for your arrival and then cleaned on your departure. If you would like an additional clean during your stay this can be arranged at an extra cost. Please just ask.
