If you're looking for an ideal getaway in Lanzarote's bustling Playa Blanca, then look no further than Villa Pargo. Located less than a 15-minute walk into the very heart of the popular resort, staying at Villa Pargo means you're not far from all the amenities. Local supermarkets, delicious delis, busy bars and traditional restaurants are all just a stone's throw away. With no need for a car, Villa Pargo is ideal for those who want to be close to everything. 
This ground-floor property is ideal for smaller groups and boasts three air-conditioned bedrooms. Outside, the terrace is the ideal spot for relaxing under the sun, as reclining sunloungers surround the private heated* pool. As an added benefit, the pool is also surrounded by a garden fence and a small gate, meaning the pool can be separated from the rest of the terrace. Relax in style under the brightly painted veranda with a glass of homemade sangria, or enjoy a competitive game of table tennis with friends and family. Inside, this home from home boasts a cosy lounge area, with french-style patio doors leading to the terrace and a smart TV. The kitchen is modern in style with all the latest appliances and a small dining table. There are three bedrooms in total, two twin rooms and one double all sharing a separate shower room and full family bathroom.

To access the villa there is a path which is 119cm along with one step which is 10cm high. The front door has a width of 150cm. The path to the pool area is open. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is flat. The pool itself has ladder access and is gated, the gate into the pool is 83cm wide. This is a ground floor property. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 70cm whilst the door into the lounge is 150cm.
