Welcome to Villa Jaxx
Villa Jaxx is a beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom detached villa with a private heated pool, beautiful flowering garden with lots of privacy, private parking, BBQ and plenty of relaxation options to enjoy your holiday.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area about 15/20 minutes’ walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, beaches, shops, water park and sports facilities.
There is a bus stop 5 minutes’ walk away.
Through the front door you enter directly into the cozy living room with two 2-seater sofas, a TV with international TV channels and free internet.
The patio doors lead to a dining area with table and chairs. This dining room has sliding doors, so you can create an outdoor feeling inside. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, storage space and a table with chairs.
The large bedroom has two single beds (put together as a double bed) a large built-in wardrobe and a window overlooking the side of the garden. The adjoining bathroom is spacious and has a shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a large built-in wardrobe and a window overlooking the garden.
The second bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
The large garden is located at the front of the villa and has a terrace with a separate seating area and sunbeds around the heated pool.
The villa has solar panels that provide the entire villa with environmentally friendly electricity.
It is not permitted to charge an electric car in the villa.

Lovely Villa Jaxx!
The recently upgraded terrace gave a welcoming first impression. The villa is well appointed giving a homely feel. The villa was cleaned to a high standard for our arrival and during the stay. The shaded areas on the terrace offer a space to dine and relax. Parque del Rey is a 25min stroll from Playa Blanca. Many thanks to Suzanne for her attention before and during our stay. The only negative I can mention is the poor quality of the pillows. Will look forward to returning.

Superb
We had the most wonderful stay in villa jaxx.The villa is located on our favourite park with a nice walk down to the beach and restaurants.Inside is lovely,clean and spacious but our most favourite part was the amazing pool and the outside area.Lots of places to sit and chill without having to keep dragging your lounger around chasing the sun.Great bbq aswell.
From start to finish Suzanne was amazing and we will definitely be returning.
