This is a good hotel chain. The staff are friendly, and everything works. The rooms are not large, but adequate. At this location there is a nice family hot spring spa right next store, for which the hotel sells discount tickets. I recommend it.

We were most disappointed when we were informed that there is no hot spring, it costs 600 yen every time we use. We expect completely opposite, hot spring is included and facility is inside premises, can be used as many times as needed. This was first time we experienced such set up.

I reserved a non-smoking room yet the entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke. I complained to staff asking that at least windows be opened but nothing was done. Also, the mattress was painfully hard and the wifi was terrible. The room wifi turned off every few minutes and there was no wifi available in the lobby. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

客室、接客は快適です。 但しNET環境が最悪です。何度もこちらを利用しましたが、Wifiが通じません。室内のLANケーブルでも同様です。wifiは同じ波を数名で共有するので、Speedが落ちることがあります(それでも限度がある)。Wifiの波が飛んでいる、LAN接続は確認できますが、その先のサーバーに接続されていないようです。これではダメです。DNSサーバーをチェックした方が良いのでは？　結局、隣のビジネスホテルのWifiを利用し、仕事しました。

家族旅行で利用させていただきました。　ビジネスホテルですが、大人3名（ダブルベットで２名、メゾネットのベットで１名）で利用しました。 近くにコンビニもあり、大浴場はありませんが近くのスーパー銭湯を利用しました。 朝食もカレーがあったり種類も豊富です。 Wifiが弱いとのコメントがありましたが、確かにそんな気がしました。　唯一の改善点かと思います。
