Loved our charming and spacious Japanese style room with an amazing view of Fuji from the 5th floor!!! We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in! Comfortable beds, nice bathtub in our private bathroom. The onsen facility is very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The city and coach bus stops are very close by. The boardwalk along lake is beautiful to walk at night. Great restaurants and attractions in walking distance. We had 2 magnificent clear days and nights of viewing Fuji in August. Lake Yamanakako is the place to stay if you really want to relax and enjoy the scenery.

We were very lucky to have two beautiful days/nights near Mt. Fuji on Lake Yamanaka. We couldn't go on the lake since there was a high wind advisory. It was very convenient that the hot springs bath was in the hotel. We had the brrakfast the last morning and it was wonderful.

The staff is the friendliest staff I’ve ever met! They helped us book our buses back to Tokyo and were super kind overall. The hotel is stunning! Right on the lake with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji (when not clouded in).

Beautiful hotel with Yamanakako view

Centrally located Fuji Lake hotel with great view of the Lake Yamanakako and walking distances to restuarants and convenience stores, not to mention being on the doorsteps of the lake itself.
