・Severe cases may result in forced eviction.

・No supermarkets within walking distance (advance shopping recommended).
・Projector available for Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube (no terrestrial TV).
・Changes in guest count must be reported. Unreported differences will incur penalties (additional charges + 1.5x total).
・Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (use the designated smoking area on the balcony).
・Parking space available for up to 3 standard vehicles.
・Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
・Significant damages, extreme dirtiness, or theft will result in additional charges.
・For long stays, guests are requested to use the washing machine and dryer provided for laundry.
・Nature-rich environment; wild birds, squirrels, and insects may appear (not recommended for guests sensitive to insects).
