The Space:
The open plan living area is fully appointed and tastefully styled with comfort in mind. The balcony with breakfast bar and outdoor entertaining area is nothing short of breathtaking.

This beautiful two bedroom apartment has an additional bonus loft with double mattress allowing for two additional guests, totalling a maximum of six.

While the ocean breeze flows through this beautiful property, it's air conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout. The fully appointed chef's kitchen makes cooking a joy and has everything you might need for an extended stay including a nespresso maker and smeg appliances. There is fast and unlimited internet, linen and luxury Leif bathroom consumables supplied for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Access the property whenever suits you with a lock box located on the premises. There is free and unlimited on-street parking nearby and space for one vehicle in the undercover lock-up garage.

Namanula 7 is located at the crest of Yamba Hill. It's 100m from the ocean, 400m to the Pacific Hotel and restaurants and 550m to the centre of town where you may find boutiques, more restaurants, grocer, bakeries, post office and newsagents.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there is a loft above the second bedroom with an extra double mattress at the top and ladder access. We have a click-on barrier to stop children from accessing the loft, however it is entirely the responsibility of the guest to monitor access. Please BYO linen if you wish to use this bonus area.
