ocean, just meters away. The spacious second bedroom hosts two extra-long single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The kitchen services both the dining room and outdoor dining
space with ease. With all the utensils and appliances of home you will be able to create the meals you love. There is a spacious family bathroom with separate second toilet and
powder room, as well as a separate laundry.

A large single lock up garage offers security for the car as well as all the toys including bikes, surfboards, golf clubs and more.
