A tastefully renovated bathroom and combined laundry at the end of the hallway offer easy access to the backyard, and a tandem garage underneath the home provides space for two vehicles, though the location is so convenient that you’ll barely need the car—cafés, restaurants, shops, and Main Beach are all just a short stroll away.
