This gorgeous 1 bedroom house has just been renovated & is literally in the middle of everything Yamba has to offer. Walk to all 5 of Yamba's beaches, as well as cafes, the Main Street, restaurants & iconic Pacific Hotel.

Imagine yourself on the west facing back deck, watching the sunset & firing up the BBQ after a day on the beach.

With 1 beds, 1.5 baths, wifi, BBQ, Smart TV & plenty of off street parking. This is the ideal holiday home.
The space
Welcome to Benangwil.

This beautiful beach house is located on the iconic Yamba hill in the middle of the action and most importantly walking distance to all five Beaches. A recently completed renovation has given this house a luxury upgrade. It's everything you could possibly want in a holiday home.

Relax on either the front and back deck, probably the back in the evenings as it faces west to catch the glorious sunsets.

The fully equipped , open plan kitchen features stone bench tops and flows out onto the deck with BBQ for cooking up Yamba's famous seafood.

The Dining room flows into the living room which not only has a smart TV with complementary Netflix but a wood burning stove for colder months.

Master Bedroom features a king size bed and spa like ensuite with a bathtub.

There is a laundry in the house as well and third toilet.

For your comfort the bedroom and living areas have fans.

As this is a house and the entire space is yours, there is plenty of room for all your toys and off street parking for 2-3 cars.

Fabulous Re-Furbished Unit in Great Location

We loved this unit, beautifully furnished and a high standard throughout. Great location for the shops, beach and restaurant. Quiet neighbourhood and fabulous decking area to sit in the evenings. we were surprised that the management company did not provide basics such as coffee, sugar, tissues, kitchen roll, etc. We had stayed in 6 previous units on our road trip up until then and these were all provided as standard. It was a shame as we thought this particular unit was of a very high standard and to not provide a few basic amenities seemed remiss. Everything else was perfect.
Stayed 2 nights in Nov 2023
