A view from every room whether it be Angourie, Yamba, The Clarence River, The Clarence Peak, and surrounds.Views on Henson Lane is ideal for families with teenagers or larger groups.
The upstairs hosts a spacious open planning living, dining and kitchen area with polished timber floors and raked ceilings.The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare meals including a large corner pantry and gas appliances.
Better yet, enjoy the many restaurants, bars and cafes available to you in Yamba.
The upstairs level has the two bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen bed has ample space with an extra-large walk-in wardrobe. Enjoy the views of Pippi Beach from the bay windows.
The second bedroom has one Single with trundle bed and built-in robe with private access to the verandah.
The Granny Flat has separate access with a spacious open plan living space located on the lower level which has a second bathroom with shower stall, vanity, and toilet as well as laundry. It is an ideal rumpus room for teenagers or your extended family hosting a queen bed.
Small kitchenette supplied with all you need to make a light breakfast and your first cuppa to get you going. Escape from the family and have quiet time enjoying the separate.
Henson Lane is a one-way street with an easy walk to the CBD, Clubs and Pubs as well as Main Beach, Convent Beach and Pippi Beach.
