- However, the apartments each have 02 bedrooms, 02 bathroom / WC, 01 living room, 01 kitchen, 01 terrace, 01 veranda.
- The Residence has an intercom system to communicate with the Concierge; an internet connection; a connection to Canal +; Surveillance cameras around the house and on the stairs; a water tower with suppressor; an automatic generator; a secure barrier; a night and day guard; a large parking lot; barbecue
- Access to the Residence is easy and the road is motorable.
- The Residence has a housekeeper. Cleaning is done twice a week with change of bedding at no additional cost.
- The Residence has a large courtyard which can be made available to customers for celebrating events such as weddings or other parties for an additional cost.
- The Residence has heating pots which can be made available to customers for an additional charge.
- The Residence is located in a peaceful and secure Residential area. There is still a bit of greenery around the Residence that you can enjoy from the terrace.
- The Residence has specific contracts with Doctors who can make consultations for an additional cost.
