ceiling falling apart and covered in water stains, bedsheets had mysterious splatter spots (think, projectile sneeze while eating gravy), no internet/wifi despite stating there was, office offered no help and was quite rude throughout the entire experience. TV had very few available channels, wood paneling behind bed was coming apart and had gaps, no staff on site.

It was just a quick overnight stopover for us, but we had nice dinners at local restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. I liked the location for what we needed. I recommend staying here.

Location near Ferry is what you get.

Property not as represented. Office closed when we arrived. Had to phone for instructions. There was no bar that we could see on the premises. Had to call for instructions to turn on the heater.

Could have been cute BUT…..

We have stayed in a wide variety/price range of rooms over 10+ years of road trips..but have not encountered a room w no curtains/ broken shades (2 types); outside lighting that no eye mask could conceal; dead spiders abounding; mud piles (?) in spots & a tv that required on-hand manipulation (remote useless) .. the unique odor was never identified & NO hair dryer topped off the next morning! Oh well…,

A nostalgic motel that is clean very well kept. Efficient staff providing housekeeping and lovely continental breakfast. Very conveniently located to see the sights of Yarmouth.
