Located in the popular Silverwoods Estate, and backing onto the Bull Ring, a trio of holes within the course which is the ultimate test for golfers.
This home has five bedrooms and features secure hand rails in the bathroom and powder room. Wheelchair access is possible in the main bathroom.
Featuring modern appliances in the kitchen and open plan living / dining area.
There are two laptop friendly workstations with a printer provided for those needing a work from home option.
Main bathroom has a bathtub, vanity and walk in shower.
Separate powder room.
Bedding configuration is as follows
Master bedroom has a King bed that can be split upon request at time of booking. Ensuite with walk in shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has two single bunk beds.
Bedroom 3 has Queen bed.
Bedroom 4 has Queen bed.
Bedroom 5 has King single bed and laptop workstation.
There is an ottoman that fold to a single bed available for the 12th guest. This is suitable for a child or smaller adult.
Outside entertaining area with gas bbq and outdoor dining setting overlooking the gorgeous view of the golf course.
WiFi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
