This pet-friendly retreat, with gorgeous 11-foot ceilings, classic lead-light windows, and a beautiful large rear yard. is perfect for up to 12 guests, boasting four sizable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample parking for eight vehicles, boat trailers and boats.

• Bunk Room: Two Tri-Bunks - great for the kids or extra friends

The kitchen is spacious with a 90cm gas cooktop, electric oven, Dishwasher, Microwave and Coffee Pod Machine. Enjoy your homemade meals in the covered outdoor area, complete with comfortable furniture and the ambience of a fire pit.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a fully equipped Laundry with washer and dryer.

Other Things TO Note:
Please be considerate of our neighbors and the environment. Piper’s Rest is located in a quiet residential area so please keep the noise down to reasonable levels, especially after dark. No parties and no camping.

Pets will be permitted on application. A maximum of 2 pets are welcome.
You will need to notify Yarrawonga Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will be applicable. Pets are not permitted inside the house and cannot be left unattended at the property.

All Bed and Bath Linen are provided at this property. Just remember to bring your own pool/lake towels.

Starter pack of tea, coffee and basic pantry items provided. Please BYO toiletries.

Check in time: After 3pm : Check out time: 10 am.


Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Self Check-IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location.
The check-in instruction will be sent to you at Midday on the day of your arrival.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Yarrawonga Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
