La habitación está descuidada, no tiene donde colocar tus cosas como un ropero o cajonera, solo tienen dos divanes, las cabeceras pegan mucho con la pared, no te puedes mover o acomodarte porque pega mucho contra la pared de tablaroca que da al baño, en la noche todo oscuro fuera de las habitaciones, no hay iluminación. El día que llegamos la alberca estaba muy sucia y con patos dentro de ella y alrededor con heces de los patos, solo un dia tuvimos agua caliente, los otros dos dias ya no. Las persianas no cierran bien, lo cual permite ver hacia dentro de la habitacion. Iba a pedir que limpiaran al segundo dia de mi estadía, pero segun tiene un costo extra, si estoy pagando por dia, entiendo que la limpieza es por día!, en la pagina dice que tiene "microondas y articulos de cocina" pero no, le mostré a la encargada pero solo se excusó en que la pagina de Expedia se equivocó. En general no me gustó para nada el lugar, mi experiencia no se compara con nada a otros hoteles o habitaciones donde me he quedado y por el mismo costo y en lugares mas turísticos. La atencion fue cordial, el velador atento y te explica a detalle.

Dentro de la habitación es un horno, no sirve el aire acondicionado, los sillones muy sucios, las áreas Comunes muy viejas les falta mantenimiento para nada se parece a las fotos, pedí dos cervezas me las llevaron una hora después y calientes, falta personal no tienen ni unas papitas de botana. Parece abandonado el lugar, por ese precio valía más la pena otro lugar. 5/10

No hay clima funcional en las habitaciones y hace demasiado calor solo ventiladores, no hay mosquiteros para abrir ventanas y ventilar la habitación, demasiada claridad y mucha luz, no se puede descansar pues son persianas muy delgadas y no tiene privacidad la habitación, son muchas ventanas y se ve a través de ellas. La alberca es bonita y amplia, un poco abandonada la zona y no encendieron la iluminación del área de alberca estuvimos a las 7:00 pm y no la encendieron. Brenda la anfitriona siempre al pendiente y con mucha disposición en ayudar hasta donde puede con los recursos a su alcance. No me volvería a hospedar, no pude descansar ni disfrutar del hospedaje, lo mencionado son puntos a mejorar que la harían una excelente opción en la zona de Oaxtepec.

Lugar que pudo ser algún día dia buena opción, por falta de mantenimiento es ahora una mala opción, muy incomodo el poder entrar y salir del lugar, los abanicos viejos y en mal funcionamiento, el AC prende pero no enfría, el agua de las regaderas no calienta, el lugar esta muy solo, por lo mismo da miedo en las noches. Caro para lo que ofrece!!! Mala opcion

Las persianas no cierran bien y las personas pueden ver desde afuera. La habitación encierra mucho el calor, el ventilador de techo es insuficiente. La taza de baño no tenía tapa. Al llegar se tardaron mucho en abrirnos ya que es un terreno grande y no escuchaban, no hay timbre y el teléfono marcaba fuera de servicio, el señor que nos abrió y entrego la habitación amable.

para el calor que hace, debería tener cortinas que bloqueen la luz solar o aire acondicionado, el baño es totalmente austero, no tiene ni una barrita para colocar cosas de higiene personal, no tiene privacidad y es ruidoso la persona que atiende super amable, cuando le dije que no tenía asiento la taza del escusado, solucionó inmediatamente
