Great Aurora/walking trails near by/misleading listing

Responsive communication with host, but unit does not have items as indicated online: no wifi, no children's dinnerware, no blender, no coffeemaker (has electric kettle), no microwave, not smoke-free (pot and lighters on balcony from previous tenant). There was confusion as to whether not the unit had been cleaned before our arrival, based on dirty diapers in an overflowing garbage pail, among other things. The balcony is great for viewing Aurora, sunset, nice walking trail nearby, Ruth Inch Memorial Pool and Curling Club are one block away.
