We were close to everything we wanted to do so that was great! We were told at the front desk there was a refrigerator in the room, which turned out not to be the case. We did have coffee, coffee maker, and a cute teddy bear-shaped soap. It was hot in the room and our window would only open slightly; however, several rooms had their windows completely opened. We had to leave our room key in a slot to keep the lights on so whenever one of us wanted to leave, we had to take the other person’s key which was a bit inconvenient. Regarding power, a couple lights are on the same switch so you couldn’t turn one off or on without the other (very bright) especially if one was trying to sleep while the other was getting ready for bed since the sink is in the main bedroom area. We did like that there was an ice machine and elevators!!! :-) The facilities were updated and the front desk staff was friendly. It was vey confusing with all the traffic congestion to determine where to go to check in and with construction the GPS gets very confused about the street address. There was a sign for registration but hard to see when trying to navigate traffic and the buildings look the same. We could never log into the WiFi in the room — we would enter the password and then it would stall. Phone service was spotty. No tvs in the room (which wasn’t an issue for us). Overall, it was a good night’s sleep, convenient, and quiet. There is definitely some room for the management to improve the process.
