아쉽고 부족한 부분

숙박시설에 제일 중요시 되는부분이 저 개인적으로는 침대 매트리스라 생각합니다. 고급은 아니여도 최소 기본은 되야 할듯 하나 저 개인적으로는 최 하위 였다고 판단 되어 불편한 부분이 많았고 아쉬움이 많은 시설이였습니다. 또한 체크인시 미리 정리확인 되지 않은 미비한 부분이 많았습니다. TV 화면 고장으로 배정된 방을 다른방으로 옴기게 되었네요 미리 더 신경 쓰셨더라면 불편함이 없었을듯 합니다. 아울러 아침 조식 서비스는 진행하시는 분들이 단체 이용객에게 몰려 어수선하고 퇴식구 정리 부분 또한 비위생적으로 불쾌감을 주는 부분이 였습니다.

체크인 할때 직원이 마치 기계같아 좀 불편했어요. 굳이 친절할 것을 원하진 않지만 기계랑 말하는 것 같았네요. 그리고 침대가 너무 흔들거려서 (single bed)잠자기 힘들었고 에어콘이 무풍으로해도 얼굴로 바로 바람이나와 그것도 많이 힘들었어요. 침대 위치를 좀 바꾸어야할 것 같아요.

다락방이 있는 룸은 3명이 묵기에는 좁았지만, 신축호텔이라 깨끗하고 TV도 큰편이라 영화보기에 좋았습니다. 호텔내 주차공간은 협소해서 늦게 도착하면 자리가 없지만 인근 공용주차장이가까워 큰 문제가되지않았습니다
