Located in the exclusive Villa Mar Colina complex, this spacious, Mediterranean-inspired villa spans two levels and is thoughtfully designed for relaxed, coastal living. The upper level features an open-plan layout with panoramic views and a huge 100m² balcony—perfect for entertaining or simply soaking up the scenery. Whether it’s a slow breakfast, a long lunch, or a sunset BBQ, the outdoor dining area, BBQ, and sun lounges set the scene for unforgettable moments.

Inside, the light-filled living space flows seamlessly to the balcony and includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area, and a welcoming lounge—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Downstairs, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts ocean views, a walk-in robe, a private balcony, and a spacious ensuite for your comfort and privacy. The second bedroom enjoys glimpses of the sea and direct access to the main bathroom.

If you’ve used the BBQ, please ensure it is cleaned thoroughly before departure, as an additional cleaning fee may apply if it’s left uncleaned.
Please bring outside cushions inside. If you used the umbrella - please collapse when not in use and put cover back on.
Please remove all rubbish from the unit and place in the wheelie bins at the front of the complex on the Adelaide Street side.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
