Hello!
I am a doctor.
This is my own house. We lived there with my wife and three children.
I do appreciate organized people with discipline and who will take care of our house.
-The HOUSE is located in the of the quietest districts (Erebuni) of the Yerevan.
-At the same time it is very close to the center (4-5km and 10-15 minutes by car).
-House is in the first line and the entrance is from the street.
-2-3 families can live in the house at the same time with children․
-It can also serve as an office space for crowded organizations (telework, programming etc.).
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Erebuni Museum. Features include breakfast (surcharge) and laundry facilities. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.
