Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
first of all the property was not near the Cascade, as indicated on the Expedia map, but near the airport. Secondly the owner didn't accept that I paid through expedia he insisted i pay him as well. which I did, after communication with expedia help desk. Then the owner charged me more than Expedia did. plus ii is really not a good hotel, noisy grom the highway and from the customers, old small rooms an facilities that require upkeep
