I would definitely recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express. The location is really good, not far from the main attractions facing a park with fountains and restaurants. It is also near a big surterainn supermarket. The buffet breakfast is really good. The rooms are well sized with all needs met, such as an iron board and iron in the room. The beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately it does not cater to gluten-free clients and does not have a gym. The service is good, but there is room for improvement, but I believe with the new management this will be tackled. Viktorya was really on top of things and was very efficient in providing excellent service, especially with a cab to the airport and a tourist itinerary catered to my needs as an artist.

Best staff!

I choose this hotel because of the staff. They are friendly, attentive and well trained! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel is always clean and it’s a joyful atmosphere. I stay here every time I come to Yerevan! I have stayed at more expensive hotels in Yerevan before HIE but since staying here, I have continued coming back and will in the future! Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed at this hotel with my family for about a month and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The facility was always clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the breakfast — there was a great variety each morning to suit everyone’s tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan with my son, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast, which was a great start to our mornings. The staff are absolutely amazing—very friendly, helpful, and kind. As a mom traveling with a toddler, I felt especially welcomed and supported. We received so much love and attention from the team, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable. I was born and raised in Armenia, and as someone who knows Yerevan well and visits every summer, I can confidently say this hotel is perfectly situated. It offers easy access to dining options, beautiful views, and everything the city has to offer. Highly recommend this hotel for both locals returning home and international travelers looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Yerevan.

This is a wonderful property situated in a great location. There is a lovely park just across the street. The staff are great. They are very friendly and helpful. This is my favourite hotel in Yerevan! I’m already looking forward to my return visit in October.
