With the hot tub Jacuzzi. All the rooms has his own thermostat which controls temperature separately in every room. Apartment has full kitchen with island.
Microwave fridge icemaker drinking water garbage disposal espresso coffee machine oven.
Living room has table of six for dining. 8k 75 Smart TV with high-speed Internet connected is Netflix and much more. Apartment was remodeled in July 2022.
Living room couch can be opens to make additional bed Queen size . Additional blankets pillows are available. This apartments I remodel with USA standards. Leaving in this apartment you gonna feel you are in United States.

A Pleasant Stay

It was a wonderful stay at the property! It is very clean with very cool bathrooms, washer and dryer and a large fridge. The owner was always available if we had any questions and was a pleasure to deal with. We were really happy we chose this property to spend our time in Yerevan.

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben: Modern eingerichtet, zwei separate Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Die Kueche war voll funktionsfähig… einziges kleines Manko - es gab keinen Geschirrspüler - Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfreich und freundlich.Das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, ist ein altes Sovjet-Relikt - ein Hochhaus mit ca 10 Stockwerken (die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock was in D dem 2.OG entspricht. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Nun das Positive der Lage: Man ist sehr nahe an zahlreichen Restaurants und in ca 20 min zu Fuss am Platz der Republik oder am Fuss der Kaskade…Für uns sicher eine Adresse, die wir wieder waehlen würden…
