The location was nice The room was clean and big, but the mini bar was empty! I didn’t like the services at all. First of all, it was the first time I saw that after check-in the hotel’s staff did not carry the baggage to the room, they didn’t even bother to show me my room! Thy just gave me the key and that was it! I don’t know if it is just this hotel or if it is their culture but it wasn’t nice at all! Another point is even though the hotel didn’t seem to have more than 30 guests and I was staying there for 10 days, the hotel crew every day kept asking my room number at the breakfast on my table even the cleaning staff like I was going steal their basic breakfast which made me uncomfortable. I travel a lot and it wasn’t what I was expecting from a hotel at this price!

Great hotel overall. Super service. Staff is ready to help with everything, from start to finish. Good location in the center (Republic Square). Safe area, near shops, restaurants, cafes, and banks. Excellent ergonomic design and high quality newer construction. Dual pane windows, good for sound and thermal insulation. Very nice and clean room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good WiFi and large TV. Outstanding hotel.
