Bad in everything

Bad hotel bad management, when I came to the hotel, I have been rejected because they said I wasn't booking and paid for 2 night stay. I have already paid so I lost my money and didn't get any hotel So dissapointed for this. Hope hotel.com can compensate with me.

I cancel my booking. Because that place was very dirty, small., and services is not suitable. The price is too expensive not worth to that place. Not recommended
