Great hotel for your stay in Yogyakarta

We stayed there for 3 nights and we really enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they provided lunch boxes when we has to wake up early for a sunrise tour.The service is perfect: all employees are smiling, salute you and happy to help you when you need it. The rooms are confortable and clean, just don't expect the same cleanliness as in pricy international hotel groups. It is in a quiet street but not too far from the main train station (about 15 minutes by foot) and the city attractions.

There are better options in same price range

Broken light by bed was fixed immediately, but the fan in the bathroom was falling down and didn't get fixed. I had to ask for clean towels the 3rd morning. Noise from corridor is clearly heard in room. Expensive laundry service and Spa. Beds are comfy. Nice staff and nice lobby.

a hotel to explore the city

the hotel is close to malioboro and train station. the breakfast and the restaurant is great, i love the it, however the tv channel condition is bad, i get no cable tv only local and i can barely see anything on tv and i have to complaint many times before it get fixed, but the quality is still bad. It took quite a while until the AC cool the room temperature. So i think overall is quite OK

Hom Paltinum เป็นโรงแรมราคาไม่แพง ที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ห้องพักสะอาดสะอ้าน พนักงานให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี ถึงแม้จะลืมเอกสารการเข้าเช็คอิน แต่พนักงานก็เช็คให้ได้เรียบร้อย แม้จะต้องใช้เวลาอยู่บ้าง พนักงานส่วนใหญ่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี มี welcome drink เมื่อเข้าไปในห้องพัก ห้องกว้างขวาง สะอาดสะอ้าน เห็นแล้วสบายใจ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในซอยประมาณ 200 เมตร อาจต้องเดินหลบรถบ้างเมื่อออกมาถนนใหญ่ ระยะทางเดินจากโรงแรมมาถนน malioboro เพียงแค่ 10 นาที ถือว่าสะดวกมากๆ สามารถเดินทางหาของกิน ชอปปิ้งที่ถนน malioboro ได้ง่าย และพวกเราเดินทางจาก jogya-jepara รถนัดรับที่โรงแรม 4 โมงครึ่ง แต่วันนั้นพวกเราออกไปเที่ยว กว่าจะกลับเข้ามาก็เป็นเวลาที่นัดรถมารับ เลยไม่แน่ใจว่ารถมาหรือยัง พนักงานต้อนรับได้โทรศัพท์เช็ครถให้ จึงได้ทราบว่ารถจะมารับช้าเนื่องจากรถติด ซึ่งพวกเราได้เช็คเอาท์ออกตั้งแต่เช้า ก่อนออกไปเที่ยวแล้ว แต่เมื่อสอบถามข้อมูลใดๆ กับพนักงานต้อนรับ ก็ยังได้รับการช่วยเหลือด้วยดี ส่วนอาหารเช้า ถึงแม้จะเป็นโรงแรมไม่ใหญ่ แต่ก็มีอาหารหลากหลายจำนวนมาก สามารถเลือกทานได้มากมาย สรุปแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่คุ้มค่า คุ้มราคา อยู่ค่อนข้างใจกลางเมือง หากินสะดวก ชอปปิ้งสบาย

不錯的地點, 離熱鬧的Malioboro大街不遠

晚上若想去逛街很方便, 因為走路到火車站其實不太遠, 過了火車站就是大街了, 像在逛夜市般很熱鬧, 吃的東西也很多.

因為需要到機場，所以選擇了這間顯示有提供免費接駁車的飯店，入住第一天就依照網頁說明提出接駁車的申請，卻令我大失所望，一直到我要搭機前一晚，我再次提出需求，卻告訴我要付費，而不是如同飯店網頁寫得提供免費接駁車，讓我感覺非常不好，被欺騙的心情，我不會推薦這間飯店，因為這間飯店並沒有提供網頁所寫的免費接駁車服務，而且還一直說是我的原因，感覺非常差

Pour résumer en une phrase : le meilleur hôtel que jai fait de toute l'Indonésie ! Je n'ai aucun défaut à lui donner. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous. Dès notre arrivé, nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux et dans la réservation était compris le transfert à l'aéroport. Cependant la réceptionniste nous affirme qu'il n'y a pas cette prestation dans notre réservation. Appel immédiat du site de réservation et le problème est réglé, le personnel netait pas au courant de cette prestation et le manager s'en est même excusé. Arrivé dans la chambre: agréable et spacieuse. La douche est propre ainsi que les toilettes. Seulement la climatisation n'était pas très froide alors on appel la réception qui nous envoie un technicien qui ne parvient pas à régler le problème. 10 minutes plus tard on vient nous proposer de changer de chambre et on nous fait donc choisir entre deux chambres. Ils ont été vraiment à l'écoute et nous ont portés toute leur attention. Je n'ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. C'est incroyable! Le petit déjeuner est bon, très varié. Le jour de notre départ ils nous ont préparés une petite box avec un petit déjeuner à l'intérieur. Une attention remarquable. Je vous recommande cet hôtel qui est très propre et agréable !
