I stayed in 11th floor 6days this time! Day and night beautiful view ! House keeping and front stuff were so nice . Big bath was so clean and great! Can easy to walk to world porters shopping, restaurants, Sakuragi cho station ( walk about 10mins) I was so impressed! Definitely are come back next visit again !

Property is walking distance to amenities. Would recommend another hotel on hot humid months as APA does not provide adequate AC. Our room was equipped with a mobile fan, blowing warm air at best. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The view and location is fantastic and public hot bath is great. Two convenient stores within the building also make things easier. However, the check-in experience was one of the worst, long lineup and it took 40mins finally get my room keys. It’s unacceptable for a hotel that charge ¥2000 per hour to extend check out time.
