Aside from the check-in process, place is pretty good. Two Family Mart stores, large public baths, massage pods, and great view. Need more staff at check-in since the system is not intuitive.

I live staying here when I visit Yokohama. It's close to so many attractions in the city and the near by transportation allows to day trips to near by nears. Great amenities and has great views of the city, harbor, and pier.
