Amazing for a short stay. Close to major tourist attractions and right next to Subway station. Glad to find out that major store like Don Qijote is right around the corner.

Understand the hotel standard in Japan, but the room is a bit smaller than expected. The room temperature is too warm, and unfortunately it's central heating control and cannot turn on or off, not even to open the window slightly to ventilate some fresh cool air.

The room was clean and spacious. I asked for a nonsmoking room but the room and hallways had a lingering cigarette smell. The outside of the hotel looks nicer and less outdated than the room I got. I did not like that there was no AC I could control nor a window I could open. It was very hot and stuffy. I did like that there was a station and a Lawson right outside the hotel entrance.
