Property was convenient & beautiful. The staff was amazing. I called several times after checkout because my husband left his insulin in the refrigerator & the guy who answered the phone spoke English & tried really hard to find it for me. He was able to send someone with it to the cruise ship just before our departure. I didn’t get a name, but it was beyond what was expected. Excellent service

Beautiful Hotel with excellent service. Unfortunately they did not have any Gluten free food for me nor were they willing to make me some plain rice and chicken. For a 5 star Hotel I was expecting a bit more understanding and help with my request. After a long day of travel and being in a culture that does not truly recognize Gluten free it would have been nice to get some help from the kitchen
