Really nice reception guys, reminded me about the public bath at the hotel which I was not aware of when booking. Convenient shuttle bus to Kawasaki station and airport. Very delicious breakfast.

It was overall a nice stay. Everything is clean and the free shuttle bus service is really convenient. The view from the room is nice. I have the laundry room on the same floor. So handy. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the room. It was so tiny. I have to move some stuff around in order to have space to open my 29 inch luggage. After opening, there is no space to walk. But Japan hotel room are generally tiny.

The room was a good size, perfect for an overnight stay when you need to be at Haneda airport early. Free shuttle bus was handy. It was complex to get to via public transport (3 trains and 1 bus) from Shinjuku. The bar looked nice as did the other facilities eg pool, however we didn’t get to use them. Restaurant closed at 8pm the night we were there, and other dining options are a good walk away. There is a well stocked 7 Eleven near by which was worth the visit!

Decent place to stay close to the airport. Primarily Japanese breakfast buffet. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were not very good…woke with a sore neck. They have a nice public hot tub/bath. FYI: the outside of the hotel is not named same as the Expedia booking. It is named “the warehouse” (see pic). By signing up for their rewards program at the front desk, we were able to get free late checkout (noon).
