排水系統不佳，浴室泡澡後水會流到浴室地板，隔音不是很好，會聽到隔壁的打呼聲，唯一好處就是交通算方便，走路5分鐘可以到京急鶴見站，10分鐘可以到JR鶴見站。一個人住CP值還算可以

鶴見駅から近く、近くにコンビニや飲食店も多いので便利でした。安いので全体的に館内が暗くて古いのは仕方ないと思いました。ベットの寝心地はよかったと思います。

駅チカコンビニも近くにあるのでとにかく便利。スタッフさんも親切、朝ごはんも美味しかったので満足。 不満は駅から近いので電車がうるさかった事 部屋が少し汚かった事 どちらも利便性と料金を考えたら充分許容範囲。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

立地やスタッフの対応、ホテル内外のパッと見の清潔感は悪くないが、よく見ると浴室や空晴機の清掃が全然出来ていなかったり、換気扇が無く湿気が逃げない、枕にシミ、朝食の米がバサバサ(ラインナップは悪くない)など特に衛生面の不満がある。
