Exceptional, highly recommended!

Excellent stay! Convenient to food, shopping and connected to Yokohama Station. Super clean rooms with helpful and superb staff. Has a bakery in the lobby and a restaurant with a delicious Japanese breakfast. Supermarkets, food courts and convenience stores around the hotel. Will definitely stay again. A big plus is they offer storage and Yamato service for your luggage. They will even call a taxi for you if you need one. Love this hotel!

The hotel didn't have clear sign outside the building until you get in the building so we passed the building once before we found it. Once we got in, the place was lovely. Reception area is elegant and fancy. Room was small but very homey. Clean bed sheets. Hard mattress but comfortable enough. Bathroom and toilet were both pristine.

This hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building that is close to the Yokohama Station. It’s clean, quiet. It’s very convenient to restaurants, shopping, airport bus, etc.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Japan. Super convenient to the train station, shops and restaurants. The cafe in the lobby had plenty of delicious pastry options and staff were so helpful. The interior was tasteful and well considered. It seems like a very new hotel, and was very clean.

It was a pleasant stay overall. Pros: Professional Staff: The staff was highly professional and efficient throughout. Smooth Check-In/Out: Seamless and hassle-free. Convenient Location: The hotel is connected to Yokohama Station, making it convenient for transportation. Room Quality: The room was very clean, modern, as it’s a brand new building. Housekeeping: Excellent Laundry Facilities: The laundry rooms were available with regular-sized washer-dryer combos. (Photo It’s only 500 yen per load (washing and drying with preloaded detergent). I loved that in-room TV displays the washing/drying status, saving trips to check manually. Bathroom Layout: The separation of the bathroom and shower into different rooms is a thoughtful design. Amenities: Good Quiet Environment: Cons: Front Desk Location: It’s located on the 4th floor, requiring guests to always take an elevator to the 4th floor and then transfer to a different elevator to access the rooms. This can be inconvenient. West Wing of Yokohama Station: Though it’s convenient, there is a sketchy brothel across the building Limited Access Hours:Although the hotel is connected to Yokohama Station, the Newomem building’is (connected to the station) closed until 6:30 am.
