Clean with well equiped kitchen. Close to the train station and a short walk to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

It was extremely well equipped! It was like staying in a whole house one of the best holiday rentals I have ever rented. I would give them more stars if I could. I would only recommend putting a railing on the stairs to upstairs bedrooms. Other than that excellent excellent excellent can't say enough about it fantastic rental. 👍👍👍💯

私の宿泊施設の最重要ポイントは「清潔感」。みなと館さんは、掃除が行き届いていて素晴らしかったです！ 築年数はかなりだと思われるし、ホストの心遣いで、いろんな備品・遊具があり、とっても掃除しにくいはずなのに、ホコリがない！この点だけでもホストの意気込みを感じられます。 備品も至れり尽くせり。何があるか分かりやすく表示されていて助かります。今回4泊なので、さすがに風呂掃除したいなと思っていたら、風呂用の掃除セットが置いてありました。入浴剤もあり使わせていただき、寒い時期でしたので助かりました。 木造で懐かしく落ち着け、「木造って寒いんだった…」と言う事も思い出せましたが、しっかり暖房器具があり困りません。 すすめられた刺身船盛が新鮮で美味しかったです！食べきれず翌日野菜と米で雑炊に。料理ができる民泊の良さを活用させて頂きました。 いつも通過してしまう腰越駅が、まさかこんなに魅力的だったなんて！みなと館さんに泊まれたからこその、嬉しい発見。 また自分でも、再度利用したいと思いますし、知り合いにも是非泊まって！とお勧めしたい宿です。 楽しい時間を過ごせました、ありがとうございました。

日常生活に必要なものが揃っていて、留守にしている知人宅で留守番をしているような不思議な感覚で大変リラックスできました。各部屋にエアコンが設置されている他、1階には電気ストーブも置かれていて全く寒くなく、快適に過ごせました。近くにはパン屋さんや酒屋さんのほか食事ができるお店もあり、重宝しました。初めての利用でしたが、とても満足です。

全国旅行支援・一人旅で４泊した。 １階の窓はカーテンやポスター等で目隠しされていてプライバシーは確保されている反面、日中でも暗いので照明を点けて過ごした。テレビは大きくて良かった。 キッチンには調理器具（鍋、ざる、カラトリー）が充実していて調理に困らない。 食器類も充実しているが、ラーメン丼サイズが無かったのが残念。 鎌倉魚市場やスーパーYAOMINEが近くにあり、宅呑み・自炊をしやすかった。 施設紹介に載っているカフェのポスターはキッチンの窓の目隠用で、コーヒーやお茶は置いていない。 ドリッパー等はあるので挽いたコーヒー豆をスーパーで買おうかと思ったが、ボトルコーヒーを購入した。 腰越駅が近くて江ノ電や湘南モノレールを使いやすかった。 近くの店は１８時で閉まる所が多いが、スーパーYAOMINEは２１時まで、居酒屋なる浜は２２時までは空いている。 コンビニはちょっと遠い、徒歩１５～２０分くらい。吉野家は徒歩１０分くらい。 江の島へ行くには腰越駅からバスが便利だが本数が少ないので（朝夕以外は１時間に１本）時刻表確認が必要。 のんびり過ごせた。 また利用したい。
